Domestic Customers (Japan): Free of charge, including round-trip shipping.

International Customers: The maintenance/repair service is free. However, the customer is responsible for round-trip international shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

How to Request
Please email us at shop@kuukanstudio.com with the subject "Maintenance Request" and attach clear photos of the item's current condition. We will review the photos and reply with detailed instructions.

*Please note: Depending on the condition of the item (e.g., missing parts or severe deformation), some repairs may incur a fee or may not be possible.
*For second and subsequent maintenance requests, we will provide a quote based on the item's condition.
