  • Free Shipping: Free shipping available for eligible orders (Calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total in your local currency)
  • Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Delivery Method: Signature required upon delivery
  • Tracking Service: Included (Tracking number will be provided via email once shipped)
  • Customs & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


Production Time

All KUUKAN jewelry is made-to-order, meticulously handcrafted one by one in our studio located in Shibuya, Tokyo. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production prior to shipment. We appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each piece to ensure it meets our strict quality standards before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

To ensure safe and secure delivery, all products are shipped using reliable international carriers (such as DHL).

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

  • Packaging: To guarantee your item arrives in perfect condition, each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import consumption taxes, and/or customs clearance fees may be incurred in the destination country.

Please Note: All such import taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. KUUKAN has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.

Post-Shipment Notification

A shipping confirmation email will be sent immediately after your package is dispatched. Please note that shipping times may experience delays due to local public holidays or high-volume seasonal periods in the destination country.
